The Jonesboro Heritage Quilt Guild held a meeting in the Fellowship Hall of the Jonesboro-Hodge Methodist Church on May 6th, with close to 30 members in attendance. Headlining the session was Susan Thompkins, who gave a special “Beginner Bags” presentation where she taught how to create custom bags using fabric, vinyl, cork, zippers, pockets, and more. The always enjoyable “Show and Tell” portion of the session followed, with members displaying their most recent creations.
