Students from the Jonesboro-Hodge, Quitman, and Weston High Schools in the Jackson Parish School District were welcomed by Smurfit Westrock in Hodge for “Manufacturing Day” on October 9th. The tour gave the groups the chance to explore the world of manufacturing, learn about career opportunities, and see firsthand the skills and technology used in today’s workforce.

“We are grateful for community partners like Smurfit Westrock who invest in our students and help prepare them for successful futures!” – Jackson Parish School District
