With Jonesboro-Hodge winnings their district track meet and the Lady Tigers and Quitman girls coming in second a large contingent of local athletes will be representing Jackson Parish in the Class B and Class 2A regional meets that will be held on Tuesday, April 27th.
The Class 2A meet that will see 27 boy and girl thinclads from Jonesboro-Hodge, including district 1-2A champions in 18 events, takes place at Red River High School in Coushatta at 12:00pm. The Class B meet will be run in Castor beginning at 1:00pm with Quitman sending four, district 2B champions and 28 competitors and Weston taking five district champs and ten athletes.
