
The Jackson Parish Library is pleased to announce that patrons will be able to see a special presentation conducted by the Jackson Parish Sheriff Office K-9 unit on Wednesday, May 31st.
Watch as the highly skilled, four-legged member of the law enforcement division for the parish goes through his paces under the guidance of his handler. Presentation will be held in the McBride Room of the Jonesboro Branch beginning at 10:00am and again at 2:00pm at the Chatham Branch.
Art Club to make Tie Dye T-Shirts on Thursday
A “groovy” time will be held by all members of the Art Club on Thursday, June 1st as patrons will go retro by creating Tie Dye T-Shirts. The fun filled sessions for ages 4-17 will take place at 10:00am and again at 2:00pm in the Multi-Purpose Room of the Jonesboro Branch. Registration is required. Please make sure to include your shirt size upon registering.
T.M.M. Project performs on Friday, June 2nd
Entertainment will be abound on Friday at the Jonesboro Branch when the T.M.M. Project performs for patrons at 10:00am and at 2:00pm. There is no advance registration is required and no cost to attend.
