JHHS Baseball receives new uniforms compliments of JSB / Pledge 10 Grant

Jonesboro-Hodge High School will open their 2024 baseball season on February 19th where they will travel to Quitman High School for the first of 24 games that are scheduled this year.

While the fortunes of the ambitious schedule is still to be determined, there is one thing that is an absolute, the Tigers will be well adorned for each and every contest they play.

That is because thanks to the generosity of Jonesboro State Bank and Pledge 10 Grant program, JHHS has received two new sets of uniforms for the 2024 season, one for both home and visiting contests.

“On behalf of the coaching staff and players, we would like to thank Jonesboro State Bank and Pledge 10 for the new uniforms,” said JHHS head baseball coach Zach Cheatwood.

Through the Pledge 10 Grant Program, Jonesboro State Bank invests 10% of profits  to promote four specific areas of focus within the bank’s geographic vicinity: Education, Youth Development, Financial Literacy, and Community Enrichment.
