In the continued effort to help local youth with fundamental skills, the Jackson Parish Library announces that Reading Tutor, Cherrise Bryan, will be at the Jonesboro Branch on Tuesday – Thursday, Sept. 17-19 for youth in the first through third grade.

If interested in having your child receive explicit and systematic phonics to support reading accuracy, fluency and comprehension, you are urged to register now as the sessions that will run from 3:30 -5:00 pm each day have a limit of four children per grade. 

The schedule is as follows:
Tuesday, September 17th – First Grade
Wednesday, September 18th – Second Grade
Thursday, September 19th – Third Grade
