The Jackson Parish Library Board of Controls will hold their regularly scheduled quarterly meeting on Monday, October 21st. The session will take place at 4:30 pm in the Multipurpose Room of the Main Branch located at 614 South Polk in Jonesboro. 

Featured on the agenda that Board members Paula Essmeier, Vicki Jenkins, Judy Cooper, Robin Tew, Lisa Nunn, Carol Massey Ann Standley and Jackson Parish Police Juror Ex-Officio, Amy Magee will consider adopting is the amended 2024 budget and the proposed 2025 budget. 

Additional action the board will consider is authorizing Judy Robertson and Emily Webb to attend Secretary of State Records Management Class in Baton Rouge on December 10, 2024.  Also the adoption of a resolution to maintain a bank account at Sabine State Bank will be considered.
