The Jackson Parish School Board will hold their regularly scheduled monthly meeting at 11:00 am on Monday, December 9th in the conference room of the Jackson Parish School District Central Office located at 315 Pershing Hwy in Jonesboro. 

Featured on the agenda will be the board members recognizing the Weston High School FFA “Fab Four” of Cejay Colvin, Cory Tucker, Collin Shows, and Abel McBride and their Advisor, Derek Shields, for their achievements at the State and National FFA Conference in 2024. 

Also, Kristian Sage, Auditor, from Kolder, Slaven & Company, LLC. will make a presentation and board members Wade McBride, Gerry Mims, Paulette Belton, Rick Barlow, Calvin Waggoner, Dennis Clary and Mary Saulters will consider electing a Vice President for 2025. In final action, items presented by the heads of the various committees will be considered for adoption.
