The Village of Chatham held its regularly scheduled Council meeting on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, where the panel agreed to adopt Resolution 2025-01 that set the milage rates for 2025. 

With Mayor Gregory Harris presiding, the session that was held in the conference room of the Chatham Town Hall, located at 1709 Oak Street, saw council members Bernadine James and Sue Proffer unanimously agree on the action by roll call vote. Toni Malone was absent. 

In addition, an application for a mobile home permit (2025-04) was denied, while the minutes from the regular meeting held on June 10, 2025, and all financial statements were approved.
