Volunteers for the Youth Justice CASA Program invites you to come to the Arcadia Town Hall from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm on April 17th for the 2024 Light of Hope Ceremony! April is Child Abuse Prevention month and this ceremony is to commemorate those who have lost their lives to child abuse and neglect.
